These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of orvantissecurity.com (the "Site"), operated by Orvantis Security Inc. ("Orvantis," "we," "us," or "our"), a California corporation licensed by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services as a private patrol operator, PPO License No. 122895. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
The Site describes our services and lets you contact us. Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute security advice for any specific property or situation. Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a service agreement. Security services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls over anything on this Site.
2. Quotes and service availability
Any rate or recommendation we send in response to an inquiry is an estimate until confirmed in a written service agreement. Service availability depends on location, staffing, and site conditions, and we may decline any engagement at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious inquiries.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
